Regional HR Business PartnerOverview: Our client, a well-established player in the FMCG sector, is seeking a dynamic Regional HR Business Partner to lead the HR agenda across the SEA region and APAC regional functions. This influential role focuses on implementing best HR practices, driving transformational change, and building capabilities to ensure the organisation sustains an attractive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy: Drive the HR strategy for SEAPAC and APAC regional functions, aligning with the company\'s overall goals and objectives.
• Change Management: Lead transformational HR initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
• Capability Building: Develop and implement programs to enhance employee skills and competencies, ensuring the organization remains competitive and attractive to top talent.
• HR Management: Oversee HR operations across Singapore and the SEA region, including domestic and travel retail teams, ensuring effective HR support for employees.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with senior leadership, providing strategic HR insights and solutions to support business objectives.
• Team Management: Manage and develop the HR Executive and Administrative Executive, ensuring high performance and continuous development within the HR team.

• Proven experience in a similar HR leadership role within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team.
