Job Description


  • 5 days week @ Kallang
  • Growth opportunities and good exposure to SEA region
Responsibilities:
  • Handle day-to-day human resource queries and issues
  • Maintain & update staffs personal files and documents in an orderly manner
  • Assist in annual appraisal exercise, salary review and wage supplement computation and payouts.
  • Perform local and overseas payroll runs and preparation of payroll related reports.
  • Provide monthly manpower reports to the management and participate in statutory surveys, statistical returns to government bodies.
  • Submission of payroll related claims such NS make-up pay and government paid leave and tax clearances.
  • Ensure all new hires and resignees payment are processed on time and accurately.
  • Leave administration and analysis
  • Conduct staff orientation, prepare letters of appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion and salary revisions
  • Submit work pass application, renewal, cancellation and handle appeals
  • Any other tasks as assigned by Management
Requirements:
  • Diploma with min 1 to 2 years experience in PAYROLL administration
  • Able to interact comfortably with all levels of people
  • Able to deal with staff firmly while maintaining good working relationship
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to write proper emails and draft letters
  • Knowledge of Info-Tech payroll system is a plus
