Our client, a world\xe2\x80\x99s leading luxury Group, is currently hiring a Regional HR Manager to join their Singapore office.
Reporting to: Senior HR Manager, South East Asia
This role delivers both strategic and operational HR advice and support to Senior Leaders by assessing and anticipating Business HR-related needs. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HR Manager is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated brands.
Main Responsibilities
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build a new One culture, and increase productivity and retention.
Act as a strategic partner, coach, change agent and employee advocate to provide leadership on all Human Resource initiatives to the assigned brands. Through an understanding of the business and engagement with the business leaders, translate the business requirements and challenges into relevant HR actions and initiatives.
Coordinate and execute some activities related People cycle (People review, Performance assessment, salary review, Employee engagement surveys, recruitment and salary requests etc)
Equip managers with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people in line with their development plans e.g. performance management, career management.
Collaborate with COEs to ensure consistent and integrated HR support to the business
Support senior leaders in recruitment strategies
Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve the HR policies and initiatives
Identify and drive the communication and sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement
Manage specific projects for SEA and Asia
Profile and experience:
Min 8 years of progressively broader HR experience
Experience in learning and development and / or employee engagement is preferred
All \'fast-moving industries\' are welcome
Experience in complex and matrix MNC is preferred
Strong stakeholder Management
Proven ability to influence and drive change with executive teams
Track record of building competency and developing skills of others
Strong analytical skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
High adaptability and flexibility in fast-paced environment
