Job Description


HR Manager Southeast Asia

Responsibilities:

Strategic Implementations and Compliance

  • Create and implement HR initiatives and strategies that are in line with the overall direction and strategy of the organization.
  • Ensure adherence to the law and best practices in accordance with the nation's labor and employment laws.
  • Actively engaged in the creation and execution of strategic plans.
Manpower Planning & Recruitment
  • Oversee the hiring and choosing procedure for all regional offices.
  • Examine and update employee competencies and job descriptions.
  • Support country managers in the region with corporate partnerships to enable effective labor resource allocation
  • In charge of workforce planning and HR budgets
Compensations & Benefits
  • To create a competitive compensation strategy, analyze salary reports and data.
  • Review and create a framework for competitive pay and benefits for employees at all levels.
  • Review and suggest a variable bonus and annual raise.
Performance Managements
  • Control and manage the high-performance performance evaluation system.
  • Develop internal applicant pipelines, identify talent gaps, and drive performance management initiatives.
Training & Development
  • Identifying training needs, putting in place a training structure, and tracking employee advancement
Employee Relations, Welfare & Communications
  • By addressing demands, complaints, or other concerns, strengthen management and employee relationships.
  • Keep managers and staff informed about business matters and company directives by maintaining two-way channels of communication.
  • Oversee employee relations and promote employee engagement inside the organization, such as by doing yearly employee engagement surveys.
  • Examine the company's benefits and employee welfare policies.
Health & Safety
  • To coordinate the implementation of Schueco SG's safe management measures, which includes identifying pertinent hazards, suggesting and aiding with the implementation of actions to mitigate the risks, and informing all employees of the measures;
  • To carry out inspections and examinations, and to constantly verify compliance
Requirements:
  • 7 - 10 Years of Regional HR experience
  • Handling full spectrum of HR
  • Degree in HR, Management, Graduate Diploma in HR
