Responsible for the effective day-to-day business partnering of the full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to Performance Management, Learning and Talent Development, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, HR Service Delivery and Payroll.
Achieve project objectives/deliverables by contributing inputs and developing recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; resolving problems; determining and implementing program/process/system improvements
Analyse and discuss with line managers manpower requirements based on business objectives, requirements and processes and helps to put into practice the organization structure.
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers/ supervisors to coach and educate employees on business requirements.
Assist with day-to-day HR operation functions and duties while maintaining current HR files and databases
Supports the on-boarding and conducting employee orientations on benefits, upcoming programs/initiatives
Drive employee engagement activities regionally and assist to improve internal communication processes
Promote activities that will enhance engagement, happiness, and mental well-being across the region
Requirements:
Candidate should preferably possess a Degree in equivalent
Brings along 7 year(s) of working experience within the consumer goods and/ or retail industry
