ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
Reporting into the VP, Regional Marketing of APAC, the Regional Marketing Manager/ Senior Manager is responsible for delivering top and bottom line business goals and results as well as ensuring go-to-market execution excellence, including products, services, and retail experience that capture consumers\' imaginations, and develops an innovative, industry-leading business model to build the Consumer Beauty brands of Coty in the APAC region.
He/she has to work with the VP, Regional Marketing of APAC to set up long term vision of the Consumer Beauty Brands in the APAC region and lead a sustainable business based on uncompromising ethics, integrity, fairness, diversity, and trust.
He/She drives local relevancy for a high-growth strategy, brand equity, lead the delivery of insights that contribute to breakthrough product and service innovation, customer experience, communication, P&L and cost efficiency.
He/she shape the Consumer Beauty Brands\' strategies and plans, in the APAC region as well as preserving brand equity in local markets, ensure local relevancy and speed to market that drives growth, and own executional excellence while identifying regional, local and cultural differences in order to properly tailor Global Brands\' programs to local consumers and help Global Brand Team to anticipate future consumer trends by having a deep understanding of consumers, competition, market trends, regional and local insights, and emerging opportunities
He/she leads talent development, effectively leverage individuals\' strengths and fosters a culture of leadership and creativity from every chair
