As a Regional managerial role, you will be accountable for the operational outcomes for clients in the APAC region. Additionally, for all clients in region you will be responsible for ensuring our front office / client relationship teams and back-office functions are working efficiently and effectively.

As a SME you will oversee the successful onboarding of all new PS business in region. You will also work with the APAC Head of PS on retaining existing business as part of our ongoing account renewals program and ensuring client satisfaction for our existing clients. The role provides access to clients in a broad range of sectors, geographies, cultures and utilizes various technology platforms. The role may involve occasional business travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase data completeness and accuracy for our clients.
  • Decrease number of critical dates in the past.
  • Identify meaningful service delivery efficiencies between the front & back-office teams by completing a review in region and working with peers from other regions to instill best practice.
  • Responsible for the P&L for all PS accounts in APAC.
  • Support account renewal and growth opportunities.
  • Engage internal teams and clients ahead of contract expiry dates to ensure an appropriate renewal plan is in place.
  • Draft contract amendments / extensions and see through to signature for non-competitive renewals and projects
  • Designated single point of contact & escalation point for Client & CBRE contacts, accountable for the management of local relationships.
  • Accountable for integrity of all APAC data managed in our SSC\'s and/or third-party providers, including proactive review of all data and ongoing improvements.
  • Lead transitions and ad-hoc abstraction / validation projects and outline key dependencies upon both parties ensuring key milestones are met.
  • Responsible for forging solid relationships with the clients, managing client expectations and service delivery.
  • Identifying pull-through opportunities and engaging the appropriate line of business for opportunities.
  • Responsible for the management of all call-off services such as Base Rent Audits, Service Charge Audits and limited /and or one-off abstraction projects, liaising with the appropriate service lines to ensure service standards and time frames are met.
  • Assist in identifying and engaging potential target clients by sector and market.
  • Assist in identifying new opportunities across all areas of the PS business: prospective clients, target sectors, alternative technologies to drive efficiencies, delivery models etc.
  • Participate in steering groups to provide feedback on our technology platform and suite to ensure we provide optimal outcomes to meet or exceed our clients\' expectations and stay ahead of our competition.
  • Solution and price for existing off-market account renewals.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree with a minimum 5 years\' experience in Corporate Real Estate, Estates Management, Project Management, Transaction Management, Portfolio or Performance Reporting or Analysis
  • Ability to confidently engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-sufficient with ability to work within a matrix organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, project management skills and ability to prioritize required.
  • Proven ability to build rapport quickly, delegate tasks and manage a remote team as well as client\'s expectations.
  • Competent with technology including databases and Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to manage teams and clients remotely.
  • Additional languages a bonus but not a requirement.
