They manage and support regional project's financial reporting to provide management with timely and relevant financial information to make informed decisions. The Operations Manager ensures that sound donor and grant management policies and practices are adopted and implemented. With close coordination with the supervisor, they develop budgets and revenue forecasts and support the development of strategic plans as they impact operation functions. They also support fundraising efforts including developing cost proposals and performing donor assessments.The Manager does not directly manage staff. Duties are performed under general supervision. This role will be a two-year fixed-term assignment.RESPONSIBILITIES1.
