Job Description


SUMMARY
Responsible for developing regional market growth strategies for research, clinical portfolios and new product launches. To promote Miltenyi’s brand in the Bio-industry and develop and execute global and marketing initiatives in South Asia and SEA markets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Develop local subsidiary marketing strategy, execute marketing and promotion programs to maximize sales for product line and applications responsible.
  • Develop product value proposition to support sales team to fight against competition.
  • Develop new product launch plan, provide product training and roll out the launch plan with cross functions to drive new product sales.
  • Work with Marcom HQ team to develop marketing activities, sales tools, marketing collaterals to improve product awareness and drive customer demand.
  • Maintain constant contact with the global marketing team to translate the global program to match local needs.
  • Gather data on market trends, consumer demand, and funding/regulations to pivot the best place to explore growth prospects.
  • Present product and solution introductions at conferences and workshops for customers.
  • Provide and arrange product training to sales team and distributors.
  • Maintain and continue to update product pricing and CRM.
  • Establish a network with KOLs to foster speakers and supporters.
  • In charge of the product line's strategic plan and marketing expense budget;
  • Other tasks assigned by the supervisor upon business need.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
  • Min. MSC in Biotechnology or a related scientific field.
  • At least 5 years of marketing and product management experience, lab working experience is preferred.
  • Potential candidates with experience preferably in Immunology and Stem cell
  • Should have strong understanding of Research Institutes, Biotech, Clinical customers.
  • Commercially savvy and experienced , with good written and oral communication.
  • Possess excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Highly proficient organization skills, particularly the ability to manage multiple business opportunities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work on cross country projects.

  • Multi-tasking experience, flexibility and a functional understanding of time and priority management with the capability of achieving short term objectives while meeting deadlines and tracking longer-term projects and strategic initiatives to completion in a timely fashion
  • Dynamic personality, team player with open communication style.
  • High level of integrity and ethics.
