• Drive Compliance and Quality Standards: Influence and persuade senior site and sales heads to ensure adherence to top-tier quality systems, mitigating risks associated with non-compliance and subpar quality.
• Global Coordination: Collaborate closely with Group Quality to maintain a unified global approach to quality, providing consistent and comprehensive documentation across various regions.
• Customer Satisfaction: Enhance quality performance by monitoring key indicators on customer complaints, ensuring exceptional customer service while staying competitive in the market.
• Problem-Solving Expertise: Tackle complex challenges involving diverse and critical information, requiring keen recognition and resolution skills.
• Autonomous Decision-Making: Make independent business decisions that significantly impact different manufacturing sites and the overall business.
• Training and Coaching: Provide expert training and coaching to Sales and Site teams on quality and customer-related needs.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Degree in Chemistry.
• Extensive Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality, preferably with a background in consumer care or chemical downstream manufacturing industries and experience overseeing Asian regions.
• Product and Market Insight: In-depth understanding of the company\xe2\x80\x99s products and market trends.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of QA systems, GMPs, and regulatory requirements, including familiarity with guidelines such as ICH, FDA, EMA, and MHRA.
