Our client is a global pharmaceutical MNC. They are looking for a qualified Sales Manager to drive sales and market share growth.Responsibilities Generate sales revenues, profit & market share growth for the Distributor markets to support APAC business growth in line with APAC strategic imperatives. Partner with existing distributors to identify new in-country customers to carve new business opportunities to meet and exceed annual sales, profit & growth objectives. Collaborate with APAC teams & country distributors to develop strategic country plans incorporating marketing & medical tactics. To facilitate the introduction of new products / SKUs along with product knowledge training activities. Serve as an expert of the assigned product portfolio to the distributor team and customers (Key accounts, doctors, etc). Plan and conduct strategic negotiations with new customers, where needed. Work collaboratively & facilitate internal communication management with regulatory, finance, operations/ supply chain, legal, marketing, medical affairs, relevant stakeholders and their respective functional teams to support the distributors effectively. Support regulatory priorities & product planning (including new products & SKUs) for the responsible markets. Provide accurate and timely reporting of new opportunities, prospects, and forecasts to regional management. Keep abreast of the market and associated competitors in the designated countries.Requirements Degree in business management At least 4 years of distributor management experience in the pharmaceutical/medical devices industry is required. Prior experience in consultative sales, key account management would be preferred.
