Job Description



  • Our Client is a Healthcare Company that drives innovation in packaging that helps manage any technical, quality and regulatory challenges that may encounter, quickly and with an unrelenting commitment to excellence. They are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager.

    \xe3\x80\x90 What you will be doing \xe3\x80\x91

    Sales Growth
    • Develop and maintain good relationships for the given territory
    • Support global key accounts in the territory and share insights and intelligence within the global sales organization
    • Consistently update and work from the customer relationship management (CRM) tool
    • Develop new customers and new business to meet territory sales growth objectives
    • Follow up quickly on marketing leads generated, ensure consistent messages and needs are addressed when leads are routed
    • Promote company products and capabilities via customer meetings, industry exhibitions and technical seminars
    • Develop adjacent industry relationships with companies serving healthcare manufacturers
    • Attend regional association meetings, networking and become a member as necessary to expand the company\xe2\x80\x99s presence in the region
    • Interface regularly with commercial leaders regarding new products and new market opportunities
    • Identify target accounts and create a strategy for closing new business
    • Uncover price targets and competitive information
    • Tailor conference calls and pitch to meet the needs of different buyer personas and market applications

    Account Maintenance
    • Understand the customer\xe2\x80\x99s market, financial results, and buying cycles
    • Manage account forecasts and assist with the budget process at year-end
    • Capture and communicate competitor activities
    • Maintain great customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
    • Maintain marketing databases including lead follow-up and maintenance from existing accounts
    • Communicate customer specifications and requirements to manufacturing, process engineering, production planning, graphic production areas, etc.
    • Work internally to negotiate accurate ship dates that are close to the customer\xe2\x80\x99s requested date
    • Expedite all customer requests for rushed deliveries, and communicates schedule request changes to production planning and manufacturing departments
    • Captures all customer complaints and tracks them in accordance with established practices and procedures
  • Requirement

    • Degree in Marketing, Sales, General Business, Engineering or a closely related field
    • Minimum of 4 years of successful Business Development experience
    • A record of building great customer relationships
    • Strong presentation skills required
    • Strong negotiating and closing skills
    • Computer and business writing competency
    • Ability to travel 50% of the time internationally
  • Working Hour

    8:30 ~ 17:30
