Job Description


Introduction to the role:

The position will be responsible for developing and managing sales programs to help clients get the best results from their marketing campaigns - through consultation, education, optimization via our vendor partners.

The position will be responsible for supporting/leading initiatives for one of our Sales programs in APAC with an aim to drive better advertiser experience and higher ROI. The role will involve scaling levers to better understand our advertiser needs and deliver higher advertiser value and business growth. The successful candidate will have responsibility for sales especially revenue planning, go to market activations strategy and execution, performance management and relevant customer engagement to have deep understanding of advertiser challenges and opportunities.

In addition to developing a high-performing operation via vendor partners, this position will be responsible for working with cross functional teams to grow and optimize sales programs with a focus on improving experience for our clients.

Success in this position requires a strong sales and data driven mindset, problem-solving skills; attention to detail; the ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment; and a passion for helping others achieve results. This position is contract-based and located in our Singapore office.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing regional activation plan against revenue priorities. Successful delivery of activation plans and sales strategies to our vendor teams
  • In -quarter enablement of agents/TLs and optimization of program go to market
  • Performance management of program KPI\'s, to meet and exceed revenue, operational and solution metrics.
  • Build a deep understanding of advertiser challenges and opportunities. Generate actionable insights for internal teams.
  • Active communication and collaboration with internal teams for execution and influencing program outcomes.
You have:
  • 5+ years\' experience working with sales, digital marketing, consultancy, advertising.
  • Experience with end-to-end execution and driving wide cross functional collaboration
  • Analytical thinker with experience working with data concepts and principles.
  • Critical-thinking and problem-solving experience
