Description :NETGEAR is searching for an experienced Sales Manager focused on Asia to join our expanding sales team. We seek energetic individuals to drive the growth of our Connected Home Products (CHP) across various e-commerce platforms and retail stores. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to advance their career by becoming a key member of a dynamic and fast-paced team. A deep understanding of channel dynamics and the requirements for growing market share is critical to maintaining the NETGEAR brand and driving strategies for NETGEAR products. You will be responsible for e-commerce and retail growth in Asian markets such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and other emerging markets in the regionKey Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce sales strategies tailored to Asia market
  • Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs for online channels.
Market Analysis and Optimization:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability.
Platform Management:
  • Manage relationships and negotiate terms with major e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Lazada, Shopee and other retailers
  • Oversee the execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and advertising on these platforms.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales metrics, market feedback, and performance against targets.
  • Responsible for revenue and margin expectations
  • Weekly reporting and forecasting to meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas, top and bottom
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the product development team to align product offerings with market demand.
Skills/Qualifications:5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience for channel business development across networking products for retail and ecommerce and proven track record of success in achieving rapid growth in related field. * Ideally hands on experience in the hardware tech space, strong familiarity with networking
  • Demonstrated success in managing a sales channel with project pipeline including administration and reporting.
  • Strong presentation, analytical, interpersonal, and business relationship building
  • Understand the economics of channel partnering and how partnership requirements change over
  • Travel will be required
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Solid knowledge and experience of ecommerce and retail across multiple platforms ex: (Amazon, Shopee, Lazada etc) of Networking products in Asia markets
  • Good understanding of ethernet and Fully understand the competitive environment within assigned accounts and develop the appropriate plans to be the category leader.
  • Self-motivator and go-getter personality, tenacious, hungry, and extremely proactive
