Oversees sales and profitability of designated products in the SEA region (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia & Taiwan).
Implementing sales plans, expanding existing business, and acquiring new customers through both channel partners and direct sales efforts.
Collaborate on Business Plan and annual budgets with the Commercial Leader.
Assist in global growth and strategic initiatives.
Update Dynamics CRM with relevant opportunities.
Travel to customer locations to build and maintain strong relationships.
Evaluate and report on channel partners and key accounts regularly.
Provide timely market information, including pricing and competitive activities.
Develop innovative ideas to increase market share and sales in assigned regions.
Consult with management on sales strategies, promotions, and potential new markets.
Offer technical and commercial support to channel partners and key end-users.
Conduct sales forecasting and identify market needs and trends.
Organize and manage trade shows, exhibitions, and product seminars.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
4-5 years of relevant experience in supporting sales activities in the region.
Prior experience in the controlled bolting industry.
Problem-solving expertise and ability to deliver effective presentations.
Proficient in preparing and implementing sales plans/strategies.
Strong prioritization skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
