Job Description

• Manage assigned Canon Software Solutions in print output management, document capture, scanning and management solutions.
• Support sales cycle in presales stage activities across the south and south-east region.
• Scoping customer\'s business operation process/workflow requirements.
• Translate customer\'s business requirements into solution requirements.
• Fit these requirements into a solution using Canon\'s suite of software.
• Prepare technical proposal and budgetary quotation.
• Conduct POC to ensure the solution proposed meet the customer requirement
• Prepare SOW and communicate with post sales to brief and update entire project content for implementation.
• Prepare, review, and maintain related pre-sales documentation, like Technical proposal, POC, SOW and ensure they met customer expectation.
• Setup solution configuration for presales demonstrations and present to relevant stakeholders
• Responsible for solution proposed, both functionally and non-functionally.
• Collaborate post-sales consultant to ensure solution project landing smoothly
• Handle regional queries on solution related matters.
• Assist in any other departmental operations on regular or ad-hoc basis

Requirement

\xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.

\xc2\xb7 Preferably 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

\xc2\xb7 Prior experience in delivery of Print Management, Scanning, DMS and ECM solution will be a key advantage.

\xc2\xb7 Domain knowledge of industry / departmental operation workflow process will be advantageous.

\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of MS SQL and/or Oracle databases and Java scripting will be advantageous

\xc2\xb7 Strong aptitude, attitude and can-do spirit are critical for this position.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

\xc2\xb7 Independent, creative, willing to learn with a positive attitude.

\xc2\xb7 Future travel may be possible, up to 25% of the time.
