They are known for its innovation, commitment to quality, and dedication to advancing scientific research and healthcare worldwide.About the roleYou will play a significant role within the APJ leadership team in collaboration with the global leadership team and collaborating with HR and Business leaders to design and execute talent management strategies, aimed at fostering career growth, talent mobility, performance accountability, and leadership development within the organization. You will lead succession planning efforts, identifying next in line leaders, and implementing solutions to address short and long-term gaps. Being part of the leadership team across APJ, this role will also develop teams, organizational design, and culture alignment while also overseeing talent management processes such as succession planning reviews and performance evaluations.You will also ensure the identification and development of high-potential talents to set them up for success. This role is also a strong representation of the APJ regional needs to the Global Talent Development team, while implementing regional solutions as necessary, and leverage data analysis to evaluate talent management program effectiveness.What we\'ll like to see in youYou should hold an undergraduate degree, with a Master\'s degree or MBA preferred. At least 12 years of Talent Management experience with at least 3 years in a people manager role will be highly considered. Your expertise should include developing and implementing talent plans within large, complex matrix organizations. Demonstrated abilities in collaboration, relationship-building, and stakeholder influence across various organizational functions are essential. Experience in leading high-performing teams in a matrixed environment and driving complex change initiatives across multiple Asian countries is highly valued. Additionally, possessing strong business acumen to align talent priorities with key business initiatives for maximum ROI is crucial. Deep knowledge of the economic and talent landscapes, along with an understanding of diverse Asian cultures, is necessary. You will also be highly proficient in facilitating senior leadership meetings and crafting leadership development solutions to bolster the Talent strategy.Others
