What the role is:The Judiciary - comprising the Supreme Court, State Courts and Family Justice Courts - is one of the three constitutional pillars of government in Singapore. We welcome you to join our team as: REGISTRY ASSISTANT FAMILY PROTECTION & SUPPORT DIVISION The successful candidate will provide support to the Family Protection & Support Division of the Family Justice Courts (FJC).What you will be working on:

• Provide operational support for the Registry and Court Operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Deliver and explain official court documents to parties within Singapore. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle court users\' enquiries over the counter. \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate applications and submission of court documents at the registry counter. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide administrative support through the use of manual/electronic filing and e-systems.

What we are looking for:

• Able to perform field duties outside FJC premises which involves travelling around Singapore using public or own transport (reimbursable) \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in MS Office \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to converse in English and in at least 1 other local language (to liaise with court users) \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Independent and able to think on one\'s feet \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer service-oriented The successful candidate will be appointed on a one-year probationary contract in the first instance.
