Acquire BPO is currently looking for Renewals Project Manager to support us, RingCentral:
This role is responsible for defining, improving, and managing, the core processes for our Renewals Team. The person best for this role will be a self-starter; be able to have engagements with leaders and individual contributors; have strong SFDC experience using the system and working with IT on improvements; enjoy building and improving processes and systems and comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:


  • Daily program management throughout the renewal program lifecycle

  • Defining the renewal program governance (controls)

  • Planning the overall program for renewals and monitoring the progress

  • Managing the renewal program’s budget

  • Managing renewal risks and issues and taking corrective measurements

  • Coordinating the projects and their independencies

  • Managing and utilizing resources across projects

  • Managing stakeholders’ communication

  • Managing renewal account assignment process

  • Aligning the renewal deliverables (outputs) to the program’s “outcome” with the aid of the business change manager; and

  • Managing the main program documentations such as the program initiation document.

  • Make reporting and dashboard requests based on business requirements


Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of renewal operations experience in an enterprise environment.

  • Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques

  • Consultative in nature and offer best practices

  • Good understanding of the wider objectives of the renewals program

  • Strong understanding of renewal operations, analytics and technology

  • Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management

  • Proven experience leading renewal business process and systems implementation projects from start to finish. Standard methodologies such as LEAN, change management are desired.

  • Experience developing solutions with Salesforce products - Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Tableau experience is desired.

  • Understanding of how to use data for performance improvement and improving operational activities.

  • Experience with long term business planning at the managerial and executive levels.

  • Ability to be highly productive with minimal oversight from senior management.

  • Able to work simultaneously on multiple engagements and priorities.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills. Highly skilled with PowerPoint.

  • Ability to lead initiatives in a cross-functional environment.

  • Bachelor degree + in Business (or equivalent)
