What is your mission?
  • Support data analysis requirements
  • Build and report on Key Performance Indicators and continuously come up with smart ways to present these in audience-suitable format and form
  • Monitor account operations performance and make real-time callouts and risk assessments to Operations, Operations Support, Clients, and/or other relevant stakeholders
  • Run reports, analyze reports, and make recommendations to potentially improve actions plans thereby meeting targets
  • Facilitate real-time discussions with Operations, Operations Support, Clients, and/or other relevant stakeholders on observed performance trends and recommendations
  • Collaborate with Operations and/or Operations Support to utilize learning levers to share and develop knowledge
  • Complete root-cause analysis to determine causal factors for such performance output
  • Identify techniques and workflows and find opportunities to continuously improve internal and external processes
  • Any additional responsibilities as business needs dictate
  • Maintain high engagement amongst self and the team
  • Perform all responsibilities whether operating either out of TDCX's facilities or from home
  • Live and breathe the client organization and TDCX's core values and beliefs
Who are we looking for?
  • Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
  • Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, Tableau, Power BI, pivots and formulas, graphs, and flow charts
  • Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of contact centre operation.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete all tasks when ad-hoc assignments are given in short period of time.
  • Flexible and adaptable to various business models and projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
