LocationPhilippines - Manila The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. :

• Create and maintain dashboards that are simple and meaningful for consumption by stakeholders
• Understand assigned topics/functions to initiate analyses for improvements
• Identify drivers of operational issues for buyers and sellers relating to returns and refunds
• Identify functional/product gaps and initiate projects to improve Returns Process
• Measure effectiveness of initiatives and assess impact on buyers/sellers
• Collaborate with other teams to lead and manage projects that enable transformation
• Implement changes sensitively and with minimal disruption
• Create a system to evaluate the success of any adjustments made within the organization and present any findings

• Excellent academic background, in Management Engineering and similar analytics disciplines
• 2-3 years of work experience in consulting/ analytics roles
• Skilled in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and BI tools. Knowledge of Python is a plus
• Highly analytical, quantitative background. Should be able to draw insights from large datasets and design practical solutions
• Strong sense of ownership, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Track record of managing complex and time-sensitive projects with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop strong relationships within the company and with third parties
