Job Description


:

  • Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
  • Ensure all information pertaining to reservations is properly entered into the system on a timely manner.
  • Assist to check on room availability.
  • Process and monitor advance deposits/prepayment on reservations.
  • Prepare invoices and sending confirmation details to customers.
  • Help to maximise room sales by up-selling.
  • Manage group reservation and rooming list.
  • Other ad hoc duties/projects assigned by the Manager
Job requirements :
  • Attained minimum NITEC or higher qualification.
  • Preferably have working experiences in the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of using Opera Cloud PMS will be an added advantage.
