Reservation Officer (healthcare)
Job Description
The Role
Working location: Mount Elizabeth Orchard Hospital
Working hrs: 5days Office Hrs
Provide reservation services, process patient bed reservation and maintain accurate records.
Key accountabilities
1. Review the availability of unoccupied beds in collaboration with nursing units
2. Exercise flexibility in allocation of bed bookings to meet the needs of the patients and doctors
3. Perform daily routine work/assigned work independently in accordance with hospitals policies
4. Initiative/Innovative- Contribute new ideas to enhance workflow or processes
Qualifications & Experience
Knowledge of hospital operations preferred
