Reservations Manager Royal Albatross is a 4 masted, 22 sail luxury tall ship berthed in Resorts World Sentosa
(RWS) - operating dining experiences to the public every weekend! During the weekdays, the ship have a bunch of Private events such as Corporate charters & weddings. We are just like a floating restaurant but we also do sail out within Singapore waters.We are looking for people who are confident and internationally-minded; people who know what it takes to exceed guest expectations. You will effectively and efficiently manage the Reservations Department ensuring all enquiries are professionally dealt with, through prompt, effective, and proper reservations service to achieve maximum revenue by proactively converting sales enquiries in order to meet or exceed the revenue target.Responsibilities
- Handling the phone and email inquiries and be the face and voice of our guests.
- Maintain cordial relations with commercial clients.
- Creative in planning proposal, birthday, and anniversary surprises.
- Follows up tentative bookings and updates reservation status.
- Reviews no-show, cancelled reservations and processes charges according to company policy.
- Handling the customer registration before boarding the ship.
The successful applicant for this role must be committed to delivering excellent customer service and have a positive 'can do' attitude. You will need to work during public holidays and weekends as our ship is chartered and sailing during these days.Salary: $2,700 - $3,200 depending upon experienceJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $2,700.00 - $3,200.00 per monthBenefits:
