We are currently recruiting for Resident Technical Officer (Civil & Structural) to join our new exciting project.

:

Assist the Resident Engineer in supervision and inspection of construction work on site
Monitor project progress schedule and quality standards, ensure safety on site
Maintain and update site records on project progress
Inspect and monitor quality of works delivered or constructed on site
Check all drawings (including authority submission drawings and shop drawings)
Ensure works are carried out in accordance to statutory requirements

KEY REQUIREMENT

Recognised Technician Diploma or ITC Certificate (Higher NITEC/NITEC) in Civil/Structural Engineering or National Construction Certificate of Supervision (NCCS)
Accredited with IES/ACES with a valid RTO Practicing Certificate
Minimum 5 years’ experience in precast building construction and minor infrastructure works
Preferably in healthcare, institutional projects
Experience in supervision of Civil & Structural and Architectural work
Possess Precast Concrete Construction Supervision Certificates issued by BCA Academy will have an added advantage
Knowledge in BIM and VDC capabilities will have an added advantage
Able to commence work around early September to October 2022
