Roles and Responsibilities * To perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act * To supervise the timely execution of the works and maintain q Roles and Responsibilities To perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act To supervise the timely execution of the works and maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, allocated timeframe, all other contract documents and site instructions To check all drawings and specifications to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans for discrepancies and report to the Superintending Officer / Consultant / Qualified Person as stated below: Check shop drawings submitted by contractor. Check as-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manual submitted by contractor. To check on quality of materials and samples delivered to site and report to Superintending Officer / Consultant / Qualified Person on any materials that are not conforming to the specifications. To check mock-ups done on site, where necessary. To ensure that the required construction tests in connection with the construction works are carried out where necessary Job Requirements Possess Diploma in Civil Engineering Registered Resident Technical Officer with IES / ACES Minimum 3 years experience as RTO in supervision of works similar in nature to major construction works in buildings, civil 1 year contract
