\xc2\xb7 Support and assist the SRE / RE / RA in all of the above duties as directed by him;

\xc2\xb7 Review all project drawings and specifications, and raise any discrepancies and/or possible problems before construction work commence on site and progressively throughout the entire course of the project;

\xc2\xb7 Supervise the construction and related works, maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project specifications, drawings, approved sketches, product or system specifications, contractor\'s method statements, installation and working procedures

\xc2\xb7 Ensure that work in compliance with Building Control Act and Regulations, Codes of Practices and requirements of building authorities and government agencies,

\xc2\xb7 Report to the supervising Qualified Persons any work that are not constructed according to the building approved plans, project drawings including shop drawings;

\xc2\xb7 liaise with the supervising Qualified Persons and their engineers/architects / specialists on the review and approval of revised designs, amended drawings, specialist drawings, sketches, etc.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in the review of contractor\'s method statements and working procedures, and to ensure that they are followed on site;

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Singapore Polytechnic or other tertiary institutions of equivalent standing;

\xc2\xb7 Registered as Resident Technical Officer with BCA/IES/ACES; and

\xc2\xb7 At least 5 years of site supervision experience as Resident Technical Officer.

\xc2\xb7 National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA Academy or equivalent.

Salary Range

$5,500 - $6,500
