Project: Healthcare (A&A) Location: Thomson Area Contract: 2years

REQUIREMENTS:

Minmum Diploma in civil/structural discipline or equivalent and shall be accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS
Minimum 3 years of relevant exprience in projects similar in nature to the works
Candidate with experience in medical and/or healthcare projects will be an advantage.
Experience in large scale addition and alteration work at live building.
Strong knowledge of Architectural details, working drawings and local construction practice.
Basic knowledge of C&S and M&E drawings.
Conversant with Singapore Statutes, Building Codes and Regulations.
Experience in supervision of building construction, architectural and fitting out works.
Good leadership skills, ability to manage and organise a large site staff team.
Ability to use Autocad, Microsoft Project Programming and Management Software and related software.
