Job Description

Responsibilities:



Prepare and cook dishes according tothe restaurant's recipes and standards Ensure proper handling and storage ofingredients Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in thekitchen area Assist in menu planning, inventorycontrol, and stock ordering Monitor food preparation and portionsizes to reduce wastage Work as part of a team to ensuresmooth kitchen operations



Requirements:



Minimum 3 year of relevant experiencein a kitchen environment Knowledge of food safety and hygienestandards Ability to work under pressure in afast-paced setting Good communication and teamworkskills Willing to work on weekends andpublic holidays * Basic Food Hygiene Certificate preferred
