As a Hostess/Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, creating a welcoming and professional first impression. You will manage front desk operations efficiently while ensuring high-quality customer service for both English and Mandarin-speaking customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and seating arrangements.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
Provide accurate information about the company's services, promotions, or ongoing events.
Assist in managing appointment schedules and guest flow during peak hours.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized reception or waiting area.
Communicate clearly and courteously with customers in both English and Mandarin.
Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently.
Coordinate with other departments or team members for smooth operations.
Perform administrative support duties such as filing, data entry, and documentation when required.
Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage guest expectations calmly under pressure.
Presentable and professional appearance.
* Prior experience in a customer service, receptionist, or hospitality role is an advantage.
