Job Description


Restaurant Management Trainee Salary: $2600 - $3000

Job Responsibilities:

  • Learn and be competent in all Front of House duties according to SOP
  • Learn and be proficient on product knowledge of all items on the menu
  • Deliver service level required and uphold standards on speed and accuracy of service
  • Progressively master the skills to run restaurant operations
  • Maintain standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety at the restaurant
  • Assisting in ongoing marketing and promotions at the restaurant
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by your manager

Job Requirements:
  • Possess a Diploma / Degree in Hospitality or related studies, or WSQ Certificate in F&B Operations / F&B Supervision / F&B Management
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Enjoy meeting people and take pride in customer service
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to perform in a team
