Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervises the staffs during the operation time
- Setting targets and analyse sales for the month as well as any relevant paperwork
- Responsible to ensure that the service standards of the restaurant is met by all staff
- Responsible for the physical aspects of the service maintenance
- Speak to customers and be prepared to deal with any relevant issues and customer\'s feedback
- Manage, work and motivate staffs
- To run a shift smoothly and efficiently
- Provide trainings and supports to the staff
- At least 3 years of management experience in F&B industry
- Excellent communication skills and public relations
- Possess strong leadership and ability to manage service staff
- Proactive talking on additional responsibilities where required
