Responsibilities: * Look at the Restaurant through the eyes of the customers and dialogue with them for continuous feedback on their experience and take action for improvement;
Thoroughly understand the services offered in my store and use this knowledge to help guests and ensure the team does the same;
Cooperating with Kitchen Manager to secure a strong Food range identity and implement the range matrix in order to distinguished from competitors;
To maximize commerciality in order to grow sales as well as the conversion rate and average cheque; to increase profitability;
Passionate about my products and actively learn about their content, origin and benefits to share with guests and colleagues;
Enhance link between the different sections of Food and promote cross merchandising;
Build people through hiring based on company values, secure training and coaching on the job and developing successors;
Working closely with Kitchen manager to operate Restaurant according to company Quality and Food Safety requirements and other legislations;
Implement HACCP plan, promote Sustainability Direction together with the team such as waste management etc;
Secure optimal productivity via staff planning process to ensure sufficient manpower at critical times; avoiding bottlenecks with daily work routines are in place;
Manage Team size: 20-25 staff (full timer/ part timer/ food assistant/ cashier/ running operation)
