Restaurant Manager

SUMMARY

\xc2\xb7 Our client who also operates in the online gaming industry is currently looking for a restaurant manager for their new venture here in Singapore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\xc2\xb7 Manage and operate the restaurant

\xc2\xb7 Researching dishes and planning menus

\xc2\xb7 Keeping abreast of inventory and ordering supplies

\xc2\xb7 Regularly review product quality and research new vendors

\xc2\xb7 Organize and supervise shifts

\xc2\xb7 Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices

\xc2\xb7 Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity

\xc2\xb7 Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

\xc2\xb7 Endeavoring to expand the restaurant\'s reach through targeted promotions

\xc2\xb7 Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction

\xc2\xb7 Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints

\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

\xc2\xb7 Analyze the financial report, handle personnel and financial reimbursement matters;

\xc2\xb7 Rotate through various positions in the restaurant in the first few months to learn and understand the operations;

\xc2\xb7 After 6 months, based on individual performance, have the opportunity to be promoted to a management position.

REQUIREMENTS

\xc2\xb7 Attitude: Must have a good attitude towards work and people. Good service is based on a good attitude;

\xc2\xb7 Education: Bachelor\'s degree or above, any major;

\xc2\xb7 Language skills: Relevant certificates in English, French, German, Indonesian, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, etc. (Requirements may vary depending on the region of the restaurant); \xc2\xb7 Optimistic, hardworking, and positive towards life and work
