Job Description
FAMOUS PALACE A new dining concept by Famous Dining Group, presenting scrumptious Nanyang Cuisine amidst a beautiful golf course at Seletar Country Club! We are seeking for Restaurant Manager to lead the service team. You are expected to demostrate a high level of responsibility and drive organizational accountability within the teammates. IN SHORT, YOU NEED TO LEAD BY EXAMPLE.
You shall also work closely with the Directors and Executive Chefs and be involved in the strategy planning.
- Exceptional Leadership skills and is able to take personal responsibility to resolve issues
- Assist in cost control ensuring that the monthly cost of sales and operational expenses of the Restaurant is capped at an acceptable range.
- Maintain high standards of morale and personal appearance of all staff.
- Ensure food safety standards are adhered to.
- Promote the Restaurant by establishing a loyal and regular customer base, maintaining a regular customer database and personalising customer service.
