Restaurant Manager, SKAI

Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

  • Plans, directs and evaluates the operations of the outlet.
  • Direct the efficient and effective F&B operation activities of the outlet.
  • Ensure that service distinctiveness is practiced.
  • Plan and conduct tests to identify and improve weaknesses in service activities.
  • Solicit and review customers and group critics on quality and service/product provided.
  • Identify issues/concerns and formulate recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure that established control procedures, liquors\xe2\x80\x99 laws and regulations are followed.
  • Identify and recommend the needs for capital improvement and new equipments.
  • Plan and coordinate effective marketing programmes in consulting with the marketing division.
  • Support the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s strategic business plan by aligning department\xe2\x80\x99s activities and tactics with organisation\xe2\x80\x99s strategies.
Qualifications:
  • At least 6 years in senior F&B management position
  • Tertiary level / Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management
  • Knowledge in financial and marketing area
  • Leadership / People management
