Prepare and maintain a high standard of beverages. Manage the restaurant to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness. Handle all outlet administrative duties and carry out all necessary records and paperwork on time. Rostering, conduct staff training, monitor staff performance, and conduct performance evaluation. Job Requirements: Interest in wine of course! Prior experience in Food & Beverage/Hospitality is preferred Good management & leadership skills Knowledge in using F&B Operating System (POS) Proactive and enjoy interactions with customers Attention to detail and able to work well in a team Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays and overtime Our restaurant prides itself in providing excellent service to guests.
