Job Summary:

Company Background: European MNC Hospitality with 450 seater

Working location: Central Singapore

Working days & hrs: 5 days work week (40 hours; Shift Hours 8am to 11pm based on roaster covering store operation hours)

Salary range: up to SGD 5500 (dep on exp) + VB

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversees Restaurant Operation through the eyes of the customers and dialogue with them for continuous feedback on their experience and take action for improvement;
• Thoroughly understand the services offered in the store and use this knowledge to help guests and ensure the team does the same;
• Cooperating with Kitchen Manager to secure a strong and wide Food range identity and implement the range matrix;
• Ability to cope with fast paced working environment as the restaurant operations cover both customer facing hence this role require to ensure staff turn around tables for customers
• Assist on cashiering duties during peak period and supporting audits and reporting.
• Supervise 20 to 25 staffs including full timer, part timer, food assistant, cashier, restaurant operators and look after lunch room with a small serving line.
• To maximise commerciality in order to grow sales as well as the conversion rate and average cheque; to increase profitability;
• Passionate about products and actively learn about their content, origin and benefits to share with guests and colleagues;
• Enhance link between the different sections of Food and promote cross merchandising;
• Build people through hiring based on corporate values, secure training and coaching on the job and developing successors;
• Working closely with Kitchen manager to operate Restaurant according to corporate Quality and Food Safety requirements and other legislations;
• Secure optimal productivity via staff planning process to ensure sufficient manpower at critical times; avoiding bottlenecks with daily work routines are in place;
