Job Description


Summary of Position: 1) Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in target revenue, budgeted costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.

2) Oversee and coordinate the planning of corporate events and guests reservations. Ensuring all guests feedbacks are being attended to; via email and verbal

3) Schedule labour as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring that all positions are staffed when and as needed and labour cost objectives are met.

4) Ensure Management Team and staffs are practising in accordance with company standards, pre-determined routines and hygiene requirements

5) Continually strive to develop Management Team and staff in all areas of managerial and professional development.

6) Ensure that all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules are prepared and submitted to Head Office, in an organized, accurate and timely manner

7) Solicit sales and events from potential clienteles and ensure that events are being carried out with excellence.

8) Ensure that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurant / cafe receiving policies and procedures. ** (To work together with Sous Chef for kitchen delivery orders
