JOB SUMMARYThe Operations Manager is responsible for the satisfactory performance of the outlet he is assigned to based on the following key results area - Sales, Labor Cost, Food Cost, Operating Income, Customer Satisfaction, Audit and implementation of Environmental Management Programs.DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES1.0 SYSTEMS, POLICIES, PROCEDURES1.1 Ensure implementation of standard operating policies, procedures and programs.1.2 Initiate development of new policies and procedures to improve operational performance.1.3 Recommends change in established policies whenever needed.2.0 OPERATIONS2.1 Monitor the company's quality standards of food and beverage preparation.2.2 Ensure the highest standards of food and beverage preparation.2.3 Monitor standards for the restaurants' physical appearance, sanitation, safety practices and facilities maintenance.2.4 Review popularity of menu line and coordinate with Head Chef and R&D in the introduction of new products and existing products.2.5 Initiate development of new products and services to address guests needs.3.0 BUDGET AND CONTROLS3.1 Protect the company assets3.2 Implement the necessary financial controls to attain the monthly budget3.3 Justify the monthly variance reports and provide immediate corrective action.4.0 CUSTOMER, PUBLIC AND BUSINESS RELATIONS4.1 Constantly alert to the level of customer satisfaction.4.2 Monitor proper handling of customer complaints and personally address them when needed.4.3 Solicit regular customer feedback.4.4 Participate in trade and civic affairs to promote goodwill and networking opportunities.5.0 PERSONNEL5.1 Coordinate manpower needs with HRD in the recruitment, employment and training, disciplinary action if needed.5.2 Maintain open communication with all levels of the organization.5.3 Provide regular evaluation of staff5.4 Promote morale building activities within the outlet6.0 MARKETING6.1 Coordinate with Sales and Marketing for sales building activities, advertising and publicity requirements.6.2 Coordinate with Sales and Marketing for new promotions and new initiatives that will contribute to business development6.3 Oversee the execution of event bookingsMINIMUM QUALIFICATION
