JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing the restaurant sales and hitting sales quotas
- Develop sales and marketing plans to attract more customers and maintain existing ones
- Managing and monitoring of sales team
- Supervising, training, and motivating staff to achieve sales targets.
- Ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
- Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
- Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
- Min 5 years experience in Restaurant / F&B service
- Degree in Management or related discipline
- Proven experience in sales and customer service.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Must be willing to work on Weekends and Public Holidays
- Candidates are required to support 24/7 whenever required
