Managing and executing day to day issues on restructuring and insolvency engagements (being, amongst others, liquidation, receivership, judicial management, scheme of arrangement, debt restructuring and personal insolvency work)
Liaising with stakeholders, creditors and other advisors
Preparing correspondence, reports, statutory filing documents and presentations
Reconstructing of accounting records from incomplete information
Undertaking investigative work for the benefit of recovering assets for the insolvent company and personal estate.
Participating in client meetings and strategy discussions with managers and partners
For insolvency matters, attending to statutory and compliance matters
Assisting in department networking and marketing activities
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance or other relevant field
At least 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience in a restructuring and insolvency team
Experience in fully managing a variety of projects and engagements
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word and financial modelling an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
