We are currently seeking driven and talented graduates who thrive on pushing the limits of technology, creativity, and innovation. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible so this is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to join a Regional Sales team and kick start their career in Sales/Relationship Management and/or Business Operations. The ideal candidate will be interested in technology and software and how they can help businesses become more efficient. They will have the drive to learn and succeed within a small team. This position does not involve direct selling but is crucial for the success of the sales team.

What Will You Be Involved With?

Data Management & Reporting

  • Reviewing sales activities, client communications, and contracts in the CRM system. Generate reports that track sales metrics and performance against targets.
  • Running reports on client activity and service coverage, so that we can identify gaps and leverage these opportunities.
  • Managing and updating churn and new user IDs.
Sales and Client Support
  • Assist Sales Executives with the day-to-day running of their accounts, working across other internal teams to help close new opportunities.
  • Help prepare responses to client and prospect queries on time
  • Work with Sales Executives on RFPs and RFIs
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations, reduce inefficiencies, and improve the client experience.
Market Research & Events
  • Gather meaningful industry information including competitive information and industry trends.
  • Provide insights to the sales team to support strategic planning.
  • Assist in designing marketing campaigns to target specific industry groups
  • Coordinate logistics for our participation at trade shows, conferences, and other third-party events.
  • Create, execute, and track email campaigns to drive product awareness and lead generation.
  • Produce and distribute invitations for webinars and events; track registrations and participation
What You Bring to the Table
  • University graduate experience
  • Good understanding of technology (Trading applications a plus)
  • Must be a team player with a strong desire to learn
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Prior account management/sales exposure is a plus
