Responsibilities

Supporting and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company\xe2\x80\x99s assigned portfolio.
Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects.

Requirement:

Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Marketing.
At least 3 years of relevant experiences in marketing and retail leasing. 8 year and above can consider as Manager position.
Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
Candidates who have relevant experience in the same industry will have an added advantage.
