Job Description

Our client is a global conglomerate renowned for its diverse range of consumer electronics products including smartphones, TVs, home appliances, semiconductors, and more.

• Manage and generate sell-out reports across all channels with business analysis to drive data-based action planning.
• Analyze sell-out data across channels and provide retail recommendations for distribution and retail visibility programs.
• Monitor sell-out trends for Field Force target and deployment planning.
• Administer and monitor partner incentive programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and align multichannel marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and host Retail Managers\' day.
• Drive innovative in-store events, programs, and special projects.
• Manage retail and product samples, including grading and scrapping, in coordination with the Retail Ops Team for monthly tracking and administration.
• Conduct retail analysis, manage retail activity goals, and perform ROI analysis on categories and price segmentation to impact the business. Support KPI metrics for store revenue and promoter incentive targets.
• Leverage market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and study market and competitor trends for benchmarking.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in retail analysis, sales reporting, incentive program management, and marketing campaign execution.
• Strong analytical skills, project management, data analysis tools proficiency, and excellent communication.
• Knowledge in Retail distribution, visibility programs, market intelligence, competitor analysis, and KPI metrics.
• Bachelor\'s degree/ Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Detail-oriented, organized, innovative, problem-solving, and able to work under pressure.
