- Provide leadership to technical and service teams, ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Manage comprehensive maintenance operations across building facilities, including Building Automation System (BAS), Building Management System (BMS), mechanical and electrical services, and supporting infrastructure
Oversee contractor relationships and contract implementation to maintain high-quality facility management standards
- Design and implement strategic maintenance programs and performance metrics to optimize timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven service delivery
- Support management in developing and executing energy conservation and preventive maintenance strategies
- Coordinate tenant fit-out projects and asset improvement initiatives as needed
- Maintain full regulatory compliance across all facility management operations and statutory requirements
- Develop and propose innovative energy management strategies and implementation plans
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager in budgetary planning and expenditure trackingKey Requirements:
- Educational Background: Minimum Diploma in Building Management
- Industry Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in managing shopping mall or retail facility operations
- Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of Building Automation System (BAS) and Building Management System (BMS)
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency in English
