Lead Singapore retail division: 5 boutiques & team of 20+ Sales / Senior Sales Associate. Full responsibility of budgeting and target achievement. Develop and implement sales strategies.

This person will be mainly in charge of overseeing retail business of 5 POS Luxury boutique in terms of sales, people management, CRM and training, as well as assisting General Manager on all the sales analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities - Retail, Training and CRM Management:

• Act as a strong partner for boutiques team by regularly interacting with them: support the build-up of CRM knowledge amongst sales teams, coordinate trainings,
• Follow-up the implementation of CRM tools and monitor KPI\'s per boutique.
• Drive local client strategies: define and develop campaigns, carry out ideas to develop business thoroughly analyzing customers\' data and KPI\'s. Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers.
• Coordinate boutique events and activities: suggest and develop formats relying on the brand\'s DNA and products launches, define client targeting and ensure the stores implementation in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Develop customers\' acquisition, engagement and establish the boutique clienteling program in line with brand\'s identity.
• Actively recommends, measure results and suggest corrective actions in collaboration with Headquarters to improve customer\'s experience. Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues (if any)
• Implementation and maintenance of CRM system: coordinate of upcoming SAP projects in collaboration with local project managers and team at Headquarters, ensure the proper use of system by sales teams assisting them with dedicated trainings.
• Work with GM in setting up target per store, monitoring results by boutiques through weekly reporting to GM & HQ and in the region.
• Analyze sales performance to better utilize the resource and involve in annual budget resource planning.
• Integrating Coaching into Talent Management Strategy.
• Managing, motivating and take care of the emotional wellbeing of the Retail team.

Requirements:

• Prior experience with Retail Operations in Corporate Office and CRM within Fashion/ Luxury Retail industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent network, contacts and customer service
• Strong analytical skills, results driven with a good understanding of CRM systems
• SAP/CEGID a plus
• Effective team player, collaborative

• Working Hours - 9am to 6pm
• Working Location - Orchard - Wisma Atria Office Tower
