Job Description

We’re looking for a Retail Operations Executive to join our team. This is a client-facing role where you will be stationed at our retail gallery. As a key member of the retail sales team, the ideal candidate should be highly organised, detailed-oriented and possess excellent communication skills. • Greet and attend to customers that visit the store
• Attend to walk-in/ customer enquiries and consistently deliver excellent customer service
• Prepare appointment information for retail consultants at the beginning of each day
• Send text reminders to prospects and clients for appointments
• Maintain consultation calendars to ensure appointments for all consultants are properly scheduled
• Prepare products and materials needed for client collection
• Manage inventory and be responsible for stock count
• To assist consultants to input and maintain CRM records
• Ensure product packaging materials are fully stocked at all times
• Ensure that all products are properly tagged
• Maintain cleanliness of retail galleries (every day, before and after operating hours)
• Any other operational duties as assigned

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

• At least 2 years experience in customer service (front-end) and/or retail operations (Luxury retail experience will be an added advantage)
• Organised and meticulous
• Able to execute tasks in a methodical and logical manner
• Friendly and approachable personality
• Customer-oriented
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Able to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
• Creative problem-solving skills with a flexible mindset and desire to work in a fast-paced, high growth organisation
• Dress code: business formal

• Probation period: 3 months
• Working hours: 5 days work week - (Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm)
