Position Summary

Generate timely weekly/monthly report for SES Traffic & Sales, including EDI/Non EDI sales management
Track premium and voucher issuance on Event Portal to report on findings for promotional campaigns
Monitor and review MSP results to report on findings
Conduct operational audits to maintain SES premium brand image and operational SOPs
Participate in SES operational and service enhancements initiatives
Liaise and coordinate with franchisee and internal stakeholders on SES initiatives
Monitor and maintain sufficient stock levels for JBL & IOT range
Manage and maintain LFD and digital signage
Compile FSM roster & coordinate new hire onboarding
Place orders for operational items (e.g. Concierge, Screen Pro, Namecard Uniform etc.)
Provide administrative support for T3 & Vivo, and invoicing/billing matters including BQMS, Tradeshift, iShopChangi & etc.
Provide logistic and coordination support for Workshop, Events, Launches, Campaigns etc.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
