Responsibilities:

In Store Operations

• Managing the operations of all stores
• Handling manpower and operational planning to ensure the smooth management and staff productivity
• Ensuring the achievement/meeting of sales target at the respective counters
• Ascertain that visual merchandising guidelines are followed to optimize sales performance
• Making sure that stock takes are conducting regularly to ensure inventory accuracy

• Ensuring that standard operations procedures (SOPs) are followed by respective staffs
• Managing of performance management and commission payout of staffs

• Preparing, evaluating and analyzing daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and inventory level to recommend and implement actions to improve sales
• Updating of sales with stakeholders

• Diploma in Business or relevant disciplines
• With at least 4 years of working experience in Retail in the Beauty and Cosmetics Industry, preferably with experience leading a team
• Good communication and inventory management skills
• Digitally savvy and results-oriented
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
